This is an amazing story of one of our OneWingz suppliers – Gary Combrinck – who had previously assisted some of our recipients when they needed any form of logistical or repair services when it came to their vehicles. We received an anonymous nomination for Gary, who had lost a large portion of his income through the lockdowns, and was struggling to pay for his son’s final year studies at NWU. SilverStar Pays Forward paid the full R28 000 for Kyle’s studies! Then Gary contacted OneWingz, and asked if he could pay a portion of that commitment to Hopelands Home for Abandoned Babies in Magaliesburg. Hopelands’ Pastor Steven needed funding towards finishing the kitchen at the home, and OneWingz took care of the R 8000 needed to complete the job!
